What Casualties: Unknown is

Casualties: Unknown is a cave-exploration survival simulator by Orsoniks, published by Oro Interactive. You play an expendable experiment sent to recover lost cargo on an alien planet. You manage food and water, avoid traps and creatures, craft tools and treat your own injuries as you descend through 11 layers.

The medical system is what sets it apart. Limbs, blood and the heart are all simulated, so a deep cut means bleeding you have to stop, wounds can become infected and turn septic, and blood pressure and heart rhythm are tracked too, with conditions running from arrhythmia to cardiac arrest. Rock Paper Shotgun called it "Noita for furries, and oh so deliciously miserable".

About our data

Until the full game is out, our tables reflect the demo. Recipes come from demo 7.0, item and condition names from the developer's own text files (Demo 7.0.1 (demo/EN.json) and 1.0-Pre3), and mechanics from the official patch notes. Every page says which version it uses. The community-run Scav Prototype Wiki, which the developer links to, is the source of our recipe data under CC BY-SA 4.0.
