Pre-release · Early Access November 12, 2026

Main Sequence

A first-person space-sim factory builder from Tumbling Dumpling Studio, published by Mythwright. You start with one mining ship and build up an interstellar industrial empire.

Pre-release page. Steam lists an Early Access launch on November 12, 2026 (US time). Data here comes from the Steam page, the demo and official developer posts, and each page says which version it reflects. We'll update it for the full release.

What Steam confirms

  • Mine, refine, automate. Scan asteroid belts, refine ore on your ship, then build stations with machines connected by conveyor belts.
  • Design everything. Ships and stations are built module by module, covering cargo, reactor placement and weapons. Designs can be saved and shared, and there's a creative mode.
  • Logistics across systems. Automated supply routes between stations and a fleet that keeps them stocked.
  • Combat. Your industry wakes an ancient alien defence network, so fleets and weapons matter.
  • Research. You unlock new tech with the items you produce. Procedurally generated star systems include wrecks, black holes and neutron stars.
  • Co-op. Each player captains their own ship.

The demo

The free demo on Steam covers your starting star system. You can unlock the first two technology tiers, which end with the Slipstream Drive, the tech you need to explore the rest of the system.

What we're planning

Factory games need numbers: recipes, machine speeds and production-line ratios. We'll publish those once Early Access is out and we can check them in the game. Every table will show the build version it was taken from.
